Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the current version of KHAWAJA AUTO STORE. The application is designed as a local-first automotive catalogue, vehicle preference, favourites, product/service request and request-history experience.

2. Information entered for a request

The app uses the following fields when you complete a product or service request:

• Name - required. Used to label the completed request record. It is retained on the device until that record is deleted, Request History is cleared, Android app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
• Phone number - required. Used as contact information in the request record and retained under the same rule.
• Email address - optional. Stored in the request record only when you choose to enter it.
• Fulfilment method - required. Stores whether Pickup or Delivery was selected.
• Delivery address - conditionally required. Requested only when Delivery is selected and retained in that request record.
• Notes - optional. Stores vehicle, preferred timing, or other special instructions you choose to enter.
• Selected products and/or services, quantities and estimated total - required for the request flow. Used to build and retain the request summary.
• Non-card payment method - required. Stores only the selected option, such as Pay at the Business, Pay at Pickup, or Cash on Delivery. The app does not request or store a full card number, CVV/CVC, card PIN, banking password, or raw payment credentials.

3. Vehicle, favourites and cart data

The app stores the selected vehicle make, model and year, favourite product identifiers, product/service request quantities, and current cart/request information on the device so these features can persist between sessions.

4. Storage and transmission

The current app stores the information described above on the device using lightweight application storage. Completing a request does not transmit the request to KHAWAJA AUTO STORE, a remote server, or a cloud database.

The app does not currently use Firebase, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, authentication, user accounts, a payment gateway, location collection, camera access, microphone access, or media-library access.

The app uses internet access to load product and service images from documented image hosts. Those hosts may receive ordinary network information such as an IP address as part of the connection needed to deliver an image.

5. Contact action

The Contact Us email address is dev@khawajaautostore.online. The Contact Us screen can open an installed email application when you choose the email action. The app does not automatically send your in-app request details through email or another communication application. Information you choose to enter in an external email application is handled by that application and its provider.

6. Retention and deletion

Request records remain on the device until you delete an individual record, clear Request History, clear the app's Android storage, or uninstall the app. Cart/request items and favourites remain until you remove them or clear app data. Vehicle preference remains until it is changed or app data is cleared.

7. Data sharing

The app does not sell user information. The current request flow does not send request records to a business backend. Network image hosts can receive ordinary connection data when images are loaded, and an external email application is involved only when you deliberately open it from Contact Us.

8. Security

The app is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information and does not collect raw payment credentials. No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their device with appropriate Android security controls.

9. Children's privacy

The app is not designed to collect information from children specifically. Users should provide only information necessary for the automotive request they choose to prepare.

10. User choices

You can remove favourites and cart/request items, change the selected vehicle, delete individual request-history entries, clear Request History, clear Android app data, or uninstall the app to remove retained on-device information as applicable.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application's implemented features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
